Children of successful people tend to have better education and a desire to maintain a lifestyle.

Kids with rich parents are successful? Who would have guessed?

I’m good friends with Mike Cheese. His dad started a family friendly restaurant im sure everyone would know if I named. Needless to say he is doing very well.

I’m very good friends with the son of a BR staple. He does very well as does his brother.

Because they likely had to work in the restaurant and learned the value of a dollar and a hard day's work.

Well, private school education, amazing healthcare, access to the arts, and access to great nutrition can give you a great kick start in life. Not to mention seed money for any business idea they have or a mutual fund.

The success of children predominantly comes down to parenting. All other factors are ancillary.

And the grandchildren of successful people are usually spoiled, entitled little shits, which is why family-owned businesses tend to fail in the third generation.

I think we should judge reserve judgement on Myles Brennan until after next season

I am the son of a local BR restaurant owner. My dad’s restaurant was open for over 25 years, but closed in the mid 2000s.

That being said, it took me until I was almost 30 to get my shite together. After high school, I liked smoking weed too much.

Now have a good job, with a wife and kid, but it certainly took longer than I would’ve liked to get where I am today.
