Simple. Most of those nations gain a significant portion of their wealth via colonialism or importation of free labor typically at the expense of said minorities at a previous point in their history.
I'm not saying blame your ancestors. I'm not even going to apply 21st century morality to previous time periods. But that is effectively why this is happening now.
I'm fully aware that a double standard exist since caucasian nations are not the only places where slavery existed. The only difference is that those places aren't wealthy. Again, not saying its "fair".
