Your opinion of Catholic Church aside, this part seems to be speculation by OP. I couldn’t find that in any part of the petition to save the guy’s job. If a priest actually did what OP is saying then he would be in serious trouble with the Church.
OP is seriously biased against the Catholic Church.
All that being said, condemn the sin, not the sinner. Demote the principal and allow him to atone for his sins while still allowing him to be a member of your community.
If the priest broke the sacred vows and discussed the confession with someone outside of the confessor, he will be in deep shite.

Baw confesses this super extremely heinous act to the school's priest; priest breaks the seal of confession and fires the guy.
How many times has that same priest diddled an altar boy?

Damn I didn’t know the priest was allowed to narc on you. Outside of confessing to a major violent crime, I figured things were supposed to stay in the confessional.
Even a major violent crime they are not allowed to reveal what was confessed. They will try to convince the sinner to turn himself in/confess to police, but they are not allowed to discuss what is revealed in confession to anyone.

I understand its ridiculousness perfectly well.
Even Protestants see the benefits of confessing sins and shortcomings to spiritual advisors.
How could it possibility be ridiculous to evaluate your life on the routine basis, then audibly through a guided process: ask for forgiveness, pledge to cease the sinful act, then put goodness back into the world that your sin took from it?
Confession is a gift from Jesus that is well documented in the Gospels, it is life changing and is beneficial to your soul and society.

That is despicable. The school and church community should run him out on a rail. He can no longer be trusted to hear confession.

Also, we need to look at public sin and private sin.
A male is not going to confess a child out of wedlock. The child is not the sin.
The sin is premarital, or if they were married previously and don't have annulments, extramarital sex. Unless you have an OF or you're sharing videos all over the internet, that would fall under a private sin.
A child out of wedlock would reveal that private sin and thus be a public matter, since people know about the couple and can put two and two together.

Being a catholic and forced to jerk off for life must be miserable.
You are not allowed to jerk off.
Catholic sexual teaching can be boiled down to two things:
1. All ejaculation must be into a vagina
2. You are only allowed to do No.1 if you are married to that vagina.

Catholic church is a joke. They’ll keep molesting children and cover it up, but break a vow and fire someone for having a child out of wedlock and that’s ok to do. Their priorities are fricked

This can’t be written enough.
Roman Catholic bishops tried to annihilate my mother’s entire life when she went through the annulment process in Baton Rouge LA on Acadian Thruway.
frick all those men who gave my beautiful mother so much grief for just trying to be a good Catholic.
Again, frick those men.
I pray that each and every one of them spend eternity fighting the exposure of their lives.

Point made. Stop defending fricked up situations. It has to do more with morals and what’s right than using religion to defend evil. The catholic church is hypocritical and makes the rules as they go

Well, that vow of poverty and abstinence has a meaning.

This is why confession is retarded. You don’t need a middle man for forgiveness. All you’re doing is telling some guy the bad things you did and now he knows the bad things you did.
Your interpretation of God's grace is not in line with the Catholic faith.

Neither is that of most of the people in charge of the catholic church.
