Dude has been a POS his entire life -- When he was TEN YEARS OLD he and his buddy sadistically murdered a 2-year old by smashing his head with bricks and leaving him to die on a railroad track.

Apparently the victim, young James, wasn’t related to James “Whitey” Bulger, else Venables would’ve ceased existing in 1993.

British penal system. I’m sure there are limits on what can be done to minor offenders there.
I know that the international community likes to piss and moan about our treatment of offenders below 18 but, frick em, you do a heinous enough crime and you are fricked for life.

I actually Googled it to see WTF it was -- basically a guide which explains how to lure young kids and abuse them.
Apparently many of the images found were pictures of brutally abused young boys. This guy has been a sicko pretty much forever. Sad that back when the murders took place his parents acted like he was a victim who was "provoked" into killing the boy by the other kid he was with. I wonder what they think now.

I've studied the subject and it's amazing how many child molesters act on their impulses in childhood. They're also dangerous around small animals. I agree with you that they should be locked up for life. They'll always be a danger to children.
