i smell more deflection coming and circling back to "why is this a problem?"

I would genuinely like to understand where this conclusion about "removing white men from the workforce" is coming from. Can you answer that?
At their core, the goal of the critical theories, from which DEI is a product, is to dismantle Western systems which it sees as the root of all injustice in the world. These systems were created and are still heavily populated by white men. The foremost voices in the ideology have made no attempts to hide how they feel in regards to those they perceive holding all the power.

Me being not racist is all I’ve done during my life and all I’ll ever do. And I can say confidently that those seeking more will get none and if it’s a business .. I’ll be conscious of there thoughts when spending my money.

Is it possible that a company can have a DEI named to avoid the woke wall street blackmail, but not have the DEI person do any actual DEI woke BS?
What is they instituted a conservative version of DEI that essentially is nothing more than current anti-discrimination laws?

Nah, we’ve latched onto the Musk bandwagon. We’re gonna be ordering takeout via our neurolink which is connected to our starlink internet. Then have our Tesla drive us to pick it up while we post on TD on our Tesla phones. Then come home to a 71 degree House powered by our Tesla solar roofing.
We are the future

Nah, I’m still not quite sure what Musk is up to.

People like that love to push these narratives with no data to back it up. They reality is that they are afraid of having to compete with minorities for higher level jobs despite such jobs still being largely dominated by white people.

It's very interesting that the 'Conservative revolt' is tied to consumer brands so much.

nah, can’t get into that either. We’d have shel and Korkstand constantly correcting us from their high horses.

No one is afraid to compete with minorities for jobs as long as job performance/merit is the hiring qualification and not some bullshite race metric.

DEI at CFA is almost certainly different than what it looks like elsewhere, yes.

Using a database of 30 million profiles, Zippia estimates demographics and statistics for business executives in the United States. Our estimates are verified against BLS, Census, and current job openings data for accuracy. After extensive research and analysis, Zippia's data science team found that:

There are over 69,694 business executives currently employed in the United States.

40.1% of all business executives are women, while 59.9% are men

The most common ethnicity of business executives is White (67.8%), followed by Hispanic or Latino (15.0%), Asian (6.3%) and Black or African American (6.1%).

with this verbiage, i can only assume you are suggesting in the majority of cases of perceived racism in 2023, there is reason to play the victim? correct?

The irony of demanding objective measures while defending DEI implementation....

ummm okay.
this data only does absolutely nothing to prove that white men and white women (majorities in these positions) don’t deserve those positions over minorities. (which was your grand point. which i called out as stupid by asking for data. of which you still haven’t provided any). correct?
and out of curiosity….what’s your solution to fixing this ‘problem’ exactly?
