If you want good service then go to Chick-fil-A. If you want great tasting chicken then go to Popeyes. Great tasting chicken trumps good service. You can't get full off of good service. The Popeyes in Temple has pretty good service even during lunchtime.

Of my 5 worse fast food experiences, mainly related to extremely long waits or wrong orders, or both, 5 of them have been at various BKs. Over the last few years.

I like Chick-fil-A. Their food is good (not great) but good. Their restaurants (especially their restrooms) are spotless and their staff servers are polite, professional, and clean. A must when you want a place to take some hungry grandkids.
For a long time i was NOT a Chick-fil-A fan. They helped me learn to love the Chicken Sandwich, as in a piece of chicken between two slices of bread (pickles on the side please). For me - definitely an acquired taste.
When it comes to dining out - cleanliness, decent food, and professionalism is high on my list. Most people would agree.
A Chicken Sandwich Combo with a DP and Chick-fil-A Sauce please.

Our local Popeyes are all horrible. Not clean, long wait times, wrong orders, unfriendly staff, etc. Give me Chic Fila all day over Popeyes at least in BR.
