McDonalds does about $22B in sales in the US with 8x the number of stores and open 7 days a week for far more hours.

CFA’s per hour revenue is insane when compared to its peers.

I've only eaten there twice, tbh. We just got our first one a couple years ago and there's always a line around the block. But they're building another near my house right now.

Iirc, it was at least 15 years ago at best.

I don’t avoid it. Just not really close. And I generally don’t eat fast food during their operating hours.

Not sure if saying there are only 5 Milwaukee locations of a restaurant based out of the south is your best argument but I’ll allow it

ITS THE 3rd largest chain, you scream

Then you pull the regional aspect.

Keep digging.

Nah I’m good after you basically conceded with your previous post.

I will say the Badgers are my team if LSU is not involved

Hiring quality people and serving delicious food. Who knew that would be a winning combination.

poised to become the third-biggest U.S. restaurant chain by sales behind McDonald’s Corp. and Starbucks Corp

Not sure if this is a good thing

McDonalds food is crap
Starbucks coffee is crap

Hot beignet's at Cafe du Monde is better and they have limited locations

Tim Horton's has probably the best coffee for a large chain.

Service at Chick fil A is better than most but not a chicken guy

Saw a tweet from a black guy the other day that said, "Chick-Fil-A could have a sign on the door saying 'NO N*****S ALLOWED' and I'd still be like 'aight lemme hit that drive through'"

That's some funny shite right there.

They are really #2. Calling Starbucks a restaurant chain is like a record executive calling Karaoke night at your local bar a talent search.

Probably not that significant. Them being closed Sundays, and sticking to their guns is major part of their appeal/success. Also, it keeps people wanting them the other days, because they cant one day of the week.

Blue laws in the south for years was a boon to liquor business for the same reason.

To be fair most fast food started this way

White Castle used it as their marketing strategy in the 20's and 30's

McDonald's (where they had the old guy with the white mustache, not the later Willard Scott as the original Ronald McDonald) was a great place to eat when I was younger. Now I would not eat at McDonalds on a dare.

Mcdonalds was the tits back when they had the quarterback deal and a decent hamburger (still cooked on a grill when you ordered).
