Probably not that significant. Them being closed Sundays, and sticking to their guns is major part of their appeal/success. Also, it keeps people wanting them the other days, because they cant one day of the week.
Helps them get good quality employees too, knowing they will have that day off no matter what, which then adds to their top feature...their customer experience.
