Chick-fil-a has the GOAT employees.

They have some awesome off the menu favorites. For instance, if you order "the spicy number two animal style" a sexy Latina will come out the managers office and let you PIIHB doggy style.

I much prefer Burger King and Popeyes employees. At least they don’t need to be fake and kiss my arse.

they pay more so they attract better applicants and then from that applicant pool they just make good hiring decisions.

They also emphasize customer service more than other places.

Other fast food places are very much hit or miss depending on what city or part of town you're in but no matter where you are, chick fil a is almost always the same. Also I don't believe they franchise so everything is corporate owned/run

They get the cream of the crop employees at their pay scale-

It starts with closing on Sunday.
You are treated with respect as an employee and in turn you are asked to treat others with that same respect

They employ people who want to work

This is why I wonder if this sites love affair with Chick-Fil-A is because they're so amazing or if the average southern fast food place is just really shitty.

They don't pay better than say Wendy's, McDonald's or Five Guys. But they have a hiring standard. And they won't deviate from it.

Starts at the very top. Culture and not cul'cha. Once they find a great employee, they ask that employee who do they know that might like to work alongside them? People tend to associate with others like themselves.

Plus they fish in the right ponds. High school guidance counselors and church youth groups to start.

It works.
