I agree. It's time to talk back to these respectful people.

CFA quality has been slipping for sometime now, some locations a lot worse than others. They still remain above other chains due to the fact of just how far ahead they were when they came on the scene.

I have noticed a correlation but will keep it to myself.

Not telling a location because I ain’t no snitch, but I went inside to pick up my food, the young lady handed it to me, I said “thank you”, and she responded with, AND I QUOTE: “no problem”.

I'm not going to make a thread about it, but I get it. It's a weird thing that has gone mainstream.

Saying, "No problem" when the appropriate response is, "You're welcome" is odd. Of course it's not a problem. It's your job, you idiot. People haven't trained their kids properly. But that's a whole pandora's box of issues.

It's when they bowed down to the groomers and antifa types and suddenly tatted up people with colored hair started working there.

There you go.

The employee who took my order on Friday told me to have a blessed day when I thanked her. Customer service was great.

I've noticed a steady and noticeable decline in Chic-fil-A's employment with regard to courtesy, efficiency and I'll say it, professional appearance.

And this was happening well before the global plague.

In most circumstances, 'no problem' would be simply casual and pleasant banter. But at CFA, I've grown to expect more. Because that's how they trained their staff to interact with customers. It's super self-evident.

But those days are past. And whereas I used to frequent their store several times a week, it's just not the same. I'm lucky if I go more than a few times a year now.

It's in the same vein as, "You're good" when people say, "I'm sorry" or "Excuse me."

That's an actually appropriate time to say, "No problem." Saying, "You're good" comes across as kind of an a-hole thing to say, but once again - people have no idea on social etiquette.

Young, attractive and professional. If there are some who want to say that equates to being 'white', that's on them.

Save for the overpriced food, which to my observation is still pretty much the same, the only changes I've noticed are 'muh diversity' in pretty much all areas, including professionalism and courtesy.
