Nope. I went to Chicfila today and ordered my wife (no pics) and I 3 sweet teas and the Chicfila employee told me it was on the house and just gave me the teas for free. It’s the little things like that that will make me wait in the ridiculous lines to support.

I went through corporate customer service training about 10 years ago.
They told us the appropriate reply to “thank you” was “ you’re welcome.” Not “ uh huh,” “you betcha,” or “no problem.”
I never really thought about it before that but now every time I hear someone say “ no problem “ it sticks out to me.
