So they didn't finish 1/4th of their meal, claimed something was wrong with it and when someone told them "no" instead of just doing it because they didn't feel like putting up with their shite, they beat the hell out of her. Was no one not in the place?
Im the last person who should try to help someone in a fight, but its an instinct. I am being serious. I could have been there and just watched two women attack the waitress and if there were people in there, there should have been at least one person who should have helped that girl out. If something similar happens to you, you would want someone to help out.
But they need to keep a bat in the kitchen for these situations. Barry Bonds them bitches. That should be a hate crime. They wouldn't have done that if the waitress was black.

Drinks and food. Its amazing how bad something can supposedly be, but it takes eating or drinking nearly all of it to finally realize it.
With the ones that do this it also doesn’t matter what you do to resolve the issue at the location including giving it to them and the customer acting like they are good with situation now. They will still call in to corporate, complain, imply the worker or manager treated them differently or explicitly state this if the call isn’t going the way they like, and get gift cards while the manager gets a ding on record.

Most people treat people the way those people treat them. They think they can do and act how they want and should still be treated with respect. Then if someone doesn't cater to them they will yell racism. I know its not all blacks, but all it takes is a mismanagement in communication with the wrong one and it turns into a shite sandwich.
