When you do it by white and black population in this country the percentages do show there is a huge number of black on black murders and definitely a bigger percentage of black on white murders. Numbers can be skewed however you want them to be though.

I'm assuming they were waiting to see if the video was going to be ordered released. I think they basically are forced to throw the book at him now because the video sounds pretty bad.

PCP is fricked up. My father was the first responder to a domestic assault call and Dad came home bandaged like a mummy. He told me the guy needed 40 stitches but wouldn't go down. I could see a cop with PTSD shooting first. My uncle and brother did weekly counseling to deal with it. I am sure some cops don't seek help and this is what you get.

If you work nights in Chicago, I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that that the probability is high.
It is Post TRAUMATIC stress disorder and frequency and intensity are leading causes.

So cops never do anything wrong? I'm not a cop hater or lover (I appreciate the difficulty of the job but realize the potential for abuse). I also despise what the BLM movement has done to discourse in this country, but if the events happened as they are reported, the situation seems indefensible. I'll also withhold judgment until I see the video but it doesn't sound good at all.
