I was just saying this to my coworker. We need more prisons because people can’t behave.
He thinks this is all the plan to have a federal police force. You make it so bad we eventually beg for it.

Armed is aggravated. Elevated to a much much harsher sentence. I can assure you, 8 years is him getting off easy.

Yeah I was saying that the sentence was light. In a lot of states I believe that's felony murder even if you didn't pull the trigger.

100% this. There should not even be a trial for this. Pure cold blood murder, and this is not even mentioning he was in jail before for armed robbery in which 2 people wound up dead.
He's arrested, have those witnesses identify him as the shooter, and end his fricking life before sundown that same day!

Unless you can show real financial means of support, face tats should mean automatic jail time.
