re: Checkers employee shoots customer upset over wing order

This is where things escalate with people (both sides) who seriously lack communication skills. When you lack the ability to verbalize with some sense of proficiency, you resort to man’s oldest non verbal skill set, or better said, violence. This is why you don’t see this in places with people who have higher education and do see it quite prevalent in uneducated areas. They’re frustrated because they lack the ability to verbalize properly and so revert to the only thing they really know how to do well to settle disputes, violence.

I have a strange feeling that manager doesn’t mess too many orders up any more.

People learn by simple and basic understandings.

Pain, pleasure, and repetition.

That manager done gone and learned today.

I laughed way too goddamn hard at this part
