4th guy from the left. Dude's name is Marco Jansen and plays for South Africa. He is officially listed at 2.06 meters tall. The England team is on the right. They are paying tribute to the Queen before starting their cricket game.

Here him next to the shortest player on the South African team

I watched Bama pull one out of their arse to win a game they should have lost..

Is there any danger to LSU losing to Southern today? If not, frick off.

Yeah! We live in America, Jack.

We use feet and inches around these parts.

Is height an advantage in cricket? MBL has had some really pitchers. I think he's about 6-8 or 6-9. He's certainly much taller than everyone around him.

A meter is basically a yard.

Keep in mind all cricketers have the potential to bowl, normally in a match only 6-7 (of 11) will. Just like in baseball long levers can be an advantage. That said the avg pro cricket player is probably around 6'.

All the people shitting on cricket have no idea how cool it is to watch. In college I'd eat an edible and put on some test cricket while I ate Chinese food. Pretty much all you could ask for.

I will readily admit that I don't know shite about cricket, aside from everybody that I've seen in cricket photos is wearing a similar white uniform.

A friend went to Australian and New Zealand as a graduation gift from his mother. Through some type of family connection he was offered a ticket to a playoff match or a final. He was very entertained. Whether it was by the cricket match or the Australians, I can't say for sure.

Hhmm…
39.37 inches in a meter.
X 2.6 (allegedly) = 102.36 inches… divide by 12 (inches in a foot) = 8.5 feet. Not saying it’s accurate,, just saying your math might not be right.
