Drove a Sorento for 7 years and had zero issues with it. No complaints. Got it for a great price fully loaded. Traded it in 2 years ago just after passing the 100k mile marketing mainly so we could alternate car notes after we just paid off my wife's Highlander. I seriously considered another Sorento but opted for something different just for a change. If they had the Telluride 2 years ago, I'd probably be driving one of those right now.

Solid chance we'll be getting a Teluride in the next few months.

Bought a Kia Sedona many years ago (2003, I think). Biggest piece of crap I ever owned. Just cheap and flimsy and constant repairs. If I had known better I would have gone the lemon law route. I will never buy a Korean made vehicle again.

I understand that my experience is not the norm, and these brands generally get good reviews, but it was bad enough to sour me on those brands forever.

People can tell from my Accent that I mean business.

Serious business.

And Kia still offers incentives (special rates and $), I am shocked, its $1000 less than competitor already, they just want that market share apparently

Kias aren’t buy one get one free anymore?

We just found out two days ago it will be September before any new Tellurides are delivered .. Palisade's are very short supply. 70% of all the inventory slated for this year has been presold.

Telluride owner here. Awesome vehicle, came from a tahoe.

Is it not much smaller than a Tahoe? I finally saw one in person the other day and it looks small. More Highlander sized than Tahoe sized.

Not a baw but I'm on my second Hyundai Sonata Turbo Sport.

First one was totaled due to airbag explosion (the wrecked part of the car didn't really look bad.)

Have had no issues with it.

Santa Fe is smaller in appearance to the Explore which my SIL drives. My BIL, who is 6-3 has more room in our Santa Fe, his words, not mine.

Drove a Hyundai rental for a couple of weeks in Europe. Was impressed with comfort, the ride, power, ergonomics, fuel efficiency, etc. This coming from a Lexus LX and Tundra owner.

My wife has a Hyundai Santa Fe, been a great vehicle. We were going to trade it on for a Palisade but I think we going to keep the Santa Fe, buy a Palisade for my wife and save my truck for my son. He'll be old enough to drive in August 2020. Probably buy it then and I'll take the Santa Fe to work.

We are in a very similar situation. My wife currently drives a 2013 Santa Fe, we have been very pleased. . We are actually highly considering a Palisade, in fact we going to look at some tomorrow. My daughter will be 16 next spring, planning to give her my current vehicle, I'll take over the Santa Fe, wife gets the new ride.

I have also owned a 2010 Sonata which I was very pleased with it as well.

Did they start making the Santa Fe an actual truck-based SUV?

True, but what percentage of 4Runners are actually used in a manner that this is needed?

I think a lot of soccer moms drive them based on looks and capability.

Anyway, we have a 2012 Santa Fe and my only knock on it is resale value.

My 3 knocks on the Santa Fe

I rest my arm on the window seal, it's not thick enough.

If you dont have a drink the in the back seat drink holder and it's open. Its rattles like crazy.

Good news is they corrected that in the 2019 Santa Fes.
