And now he is broke? Im sorry. That is on him.

He still has a means that not one of us have to make a big bundle on some kind of story or something. Its just a matter if he is too lazy to pursue it.

Im trying had as I can to save a few dollars to buy a retirement house and he could make what I need in about 2 weeks.

From an article two years ago:

Charlie Sheen has sold his profit participation rights to comedy series “Two and a Half Men” for nearly $27 million.

The figure is included in a document filed Wednesday in Sheen’s divorce from ex-wife Brooke Mueller. The actor is seeking to change the $55,000-a-month he pays in child support he pays for the pair’s twin boys, citing what he calls a significant change in his income.

Sheen’s filing estimates a cut in his monthly income from more than $600,000-a-month down to nearly $167,000 as a result of selling the profit rights to “Men,” which was once television’s highest rated comedy. The filing states Sheen sold the rights within the past year.

I just went on-line to see if there was info as to what he was pulling per episode of "Two And A Half Men" and at it's peak, he was pulling $1.25 million per episode and when syndication rights are figured in, they say it's closer to $2 million. So 24 episodes a season comes to $48 million a year, and the show was on air for 8 seasons with Sheen as the lead star.

Hard to feel my heart strings being plucked for him. He lived his real life just like he was being portrayed in the series------and then some apparently.

In all honesty, $55K a month in child support for 2 boys is a ridiculously outrageous sum of money to have to pay.

Charlie was great in 2.5 Men and it was one of the greatest comedies ever.

With that said, I don’t pity him at all if he didn’t have the foresight to use his earnings wisely.

Looks like he sold his rights to 2 1/2 Men to lower his monthly income with a shot at paying less in child support while banking 27 million.

This. I'd like to know how they come up with these figures.

Just because a man makes more money, doesnt mean it takes more to "support" his kids.

Should be based off a living and education cost.

The California Guideline Child Support Calculator is based on California Child Support Guidelines and can be used to estimate the amount of child support that may be ordered in your case.

I think he was actually saying that there's young Charlie, and then there's latter-career shitty comedy Charlie.

Which is still not true. Drugs caused him to age less gracefully than his father, but 2 1/2 Men was funny with him in it. I didn't watch a whole lot of reruns back then but I watched that.

Correct... 2 1/2 men was a great show... I catch reruns any chance I get..... btw having HIV isn’t helping with his aging either.....
