Younger men/boys are skewing more and more right today. My son is 19 and he and his friends are all Conservative and were Kirk fans. It is honestly something I never talked to him about. I lean right and my wife leans left. But it wasn't anything we've ever talked about. He has spoken about it with me more recently though. Just part of him growing up I assume and wondering how the world works so he confides in me. I assume it is a counter to all the nonsense we have seen from the left the last 5-10 years. He is also not perpetually online which I think helps too. He is staying local for college for now which I'm glad he is. I don't think he was fully ready to be on his own in college yet. He and his friends did too many stupid things. Boys will be boys type stuff, so I'm glad he's going to community college for two years with the goal to go to A&M or Sam/Texas State if the first doesn't work in his favor.
I think younger girls might be getting there too but obviously not as much as boy because of some of the transgender stuff that people like Riley Gaines have fought.
