Spell is a piece of crap and I strongly don’t like the guy after he completely falsely represents his church’s charity on its website. With that said arresting a pastor for having church is a line that I’m uncomfortable with. From what I read it was not about the encounter with the protester it was the service correct?

According to the pastor the bail stipulations tie the two charges together. He was arrested for the assault but the bail stipulation put him under house arrest and ordered not to leave to conduct service. He has violated those terms so he is subject to being arrested again. The judge stated he will be fined and charges added to his case but doesnt want him to arrest him as he sees him as danger to the jail population. Not sure what that means unless they think he is infected. Or maybe concerned that his followers may act our violently. Judging by some of thier post..I dont think that is out of the realm of possibility.
