I was up in the middle of the night and doing too much thinking.

And I thought, these kids in the age of social media are born into a platform. From the second they enter the world, they have 100 random people upvoting every every fart shite and giggle parents find worthy of the entire world knowing about.

So before a baby even has sentience, they are a known commodity to the general community. And they end up getting treated as a celebrity for doing absolutely nothing. This gives them the feeling like their untouchable. Because they’ve always had 100 likes for every shite giggle and fart they’ve ever done. So they’re immoral.

Everyday I thank Facebook for my baby, without the likes and such there was no way mommy was gonna keep it.

I downvoted you, but just for your own good. Wouldn't want to see you suffer this fate.

I dont want to have kids. Not in today's world, not right now. It's not a great place to grow up anymore.

World is overpopulated as it is anyways.

If everyone else is posting the same, then it all just gets watered down.

1:1,000 = 10:10,000 = 100:100,000

I'm more worried about all the information gathering the next generation will already have in the system by the time they get to consumer age. Advertising is the new pollution.

Nobody gets a few likes and thinks they're a celebrity.
It's not like everyone can be famous.
