Or he's just not going to visit Zimbabwe again. He won't spend a night in jail and I'd be willing to bet the majority of his clients don't stop coming to see him. He'll lose some business but not enough to really hurt him that much.

People are more willing to stop the poachers when legal hunting is going on. They have incentive to protect the animals.

A guy with a history of breaking hunting rules didn't know something funny was going on? They tried destroying the GPS tracker and went ahead and removed the head even after seeing it. The head is still missing. I guess he didn't know about any of that either?

I highly, highly doubt that that is something that remains unsaid the entire time the lion is trotting behind the truck.

Yes, and it ties into your poaching discussion. Because you can purchase permits to hunt lions, they become valuable commodities and owners will have monetary incentive to protect that commodity.

The article said he is due in court on August 6.
