CDC appears to be in full panic mode over positive results of ivermectin against Covid

They know people will refuse the boosters moving forward, and the vaccine will die a quick death. Japan and India have declared ivermectin as effective treatment, so the CDC sends out a 2-page alert today on how no one should consider using
In BOLD red lettering. Along with a cute little graph about how the amount of prescriptions have reached a staggering level in the US!!!!!
Even went so far as to cite 2 WHOLE CASES of ivermectin abuse in the 50 states!!
2 cases out of 88,000 prescriptions. And the 2 cases werent even from a prescription. It was due to people being forced to obtain there own version, because of dumbassery like this CDC alert scaring people. Then of course they end with this:
For the uniformed
India no longer in pandemic stage. Has been declared endemic by W.H.O.; after a 95% drop in Covid cases since the mass distribution of ivermectin began in May
Chair of Tokyo's Medical Asooc. fully endorses ivermectin to fight Covid

It might be true idk
Some of our internists are giving ivermectin if a pt asks because in their mind it cant hurt
Anecdotal but they think roughly an equal amount of ivermectin vs non ivermectin treated patients are progressing to hospitalization

Im skeptical because there are exactly 0 viruses that can be cured with a pill
Off the top of my head hepatitis C is the only virus we can cure period and that is with an infusion

My body my choice, and now if you don't let people do it legally, then they will be doing it in ways that put them at risk, and we don't want that. Seems like I've heard both of these arguments on a different topic from the left.

This statement is why people don’t trust the govt when it comes to Covid. IVR and HCQ WERE TOTALLY WORTH A TRY but immediately the MSM and Fauci and his ilk were manufacturing hit pieces against both. The MSM did bc of TDS probably but Fauci probably did it to protect the EUA of the vaccines.

uh, maybe you missed the part about the 88,000 prescriptions.
Or maybe no told you ivermectin is on the list of essential medications per WHO
Or maybe you werent aware that in 2018 (pre covid) there were 100,000 prescriptions written for ivermectin

It doesn’t have to cure or kill the virus. If it can slow viral replication even a little it can give time for the innate immune system to get control of the infection.
I’m not using any data, that just personally makes a lot of sense knowing what I learned as a biology major and MD.

One of the many critiques of the Ivermectin literature is that dosage is all over the place. And that the effective dosage needed in vitro is many times higher than what can be safely given to a human.
