Great movie. I wonder though if the bodega robber had seen too many movies like this or Pulp Fiction. He was expecting a clever monologue instead of death if his fraud was revealed.

Came here to post this exact line.
A guy I went to HS with tried to rob a drug store in the Houston-area. Too bad for him there was a retired Texas state trooper working in the store who was packing heat. One of them walked out of the store, and it wasn't the robber.
