No it doesn't. There is anecdotal evidence it works well for pain. But really there are no placebo controlled trials relating to it yet (as far as I know).

Add some to regular laundry detergent and clothes come out whiter and brighter. A dose every oil will prevent oil sludge buildup. A tablespoon per gallon of paint will eliminate mold or mildew forming on wood siding.

Does this crap really work? Does it show up on a drug test? I see stores popping up now that it is legal in Louisiana.

It depends on what you're taking and in what dosage. A product containing true CBD isolate should not cause a positive THC test. However, a full spectrum product containing trace amounts of THC will accumulate in the body over time if used in large enough doses. Failed THC tests are possible at that point.
