I can't stand these two types of legalize it people:

It depends on what you're taking. A product containing CBD isolate is supposed to be a true 0% THC product. You should not be able to piss hot from isolate. A full spectrum product on the other hand contains trace amounts of THC that will build in the system over time. If you use it in large enough quantities for a while, you can piss hot.
Most legit companies will include lab tests with their products showing actual Delta 9 THC percentages. Right now, the presence of metabolites of D9 are what is tested for in a urine test.

I was talking to a guy at one of the eateries who was taking some kind of cbd product, and i wondered if he could fail a pee test taking it. And was curious myself, as i've heard some of the stuff can help for certain ailments(joint pains,etc)

Many people claim full spectrum products work based on the presence of take amounts of THC. Just based on my own experience, it's sort of right on the edge of being high, but not really. If I kick back and relax with a full spectrum product, I get some similar effects to a high without feeling like I'm in outer space. Musical enjoyment, slightly more vivid colors, etc.
