Hauling dirt out there until a few weeks ago. Started losing money waiting on CBI to make a decision on the dirt. A lot of truckers unhappy with them.

Follow up with HR or go to a recruiting center
Depends on positions - if your a professional HR screens resumes then sends them in batches to the positions supervisor then they review and go back through HR to set up interview.
Catch is if the manager is busy he doesn't read the HR emails or resumes then everything just sits.
