If it took the husband’s obituary for anyone to figure out he was gay I can’t imagine there’s any really harm to students. If his sexuality was out there and noticeable to young students then different story.

the Catholic Church, as with all churches, are supposed to push morality.
The Catholic Church, along with the UMC, have lost the moral high ground, and don't have any business moralizing to other people. That's why attendance/membership is dropping.

Yep, and just like with men, prices will be paid. In this case, loss of moral authority. They're quickly becoming men just eating crackers, drinking wine and swinging balls of incense around.
But they're not worthless, altogether. I understand that their entrails are suitable to weave into cords with which to strangle kings.

Yea, definitely no way you haven't murdered puppies, possibly a person or two. Prayers for your devastating derangement. Please stay away from...people.

Our moral better is talking about rape and killing Catholics, meanwhile you Catholics in here just quietly discussing natural family planning are the real monsters.

Don't forget any kind of contraception. Birth control pills for women, vasectomies, condoms, and having sex knowing there's no chance to have another child naturally.
There is no verse that prohibits any of this.

Please tell me this is some kind of historical reference and you didn’t come up with it on your own.

“Les Éleuthéromanes”
J'en atteste les temps; j'en appelle à tout âge;
Jamais au public avantage
L'homme n'a franchement sacrifié ses droits;
S'il osait de son cœur n'écouter que la voix,
Changeant tout à coup de langage,
Il nous dirait, comme l'hôte des bois:
La nature n'a fait ni serviteur ni maître;
Je ne veux ni donner ni recevoir de lois.
Et ses mains ourdiraient les entrailles du prêtre,
Au défaut d'un cordon pour étrangler les rois.
-Diderot, 1875
The last lines being, "And his hands would weave the entrails of the priest, In the absence of a cord to strangle kings."
Derived from a statement attributed (but not confirmed) to Jean Meslier: "I would like — and this would be the last and most ardent of my wishes — I would like the last of the kings to be strangled by the guts of the last priest."
Often mistranslated as, "Man will not be free until the last king is hung with the entrails if the last priest."
