And there’s still January and February to go
I saw a weather guy online talking long range forecast says we have another chance at some rough winter weather toward the end of January

February 2021 200 people in Texas died do to winter storm
December 2022, now, over a million people are experiencing power curtailments
that would seem to be 2 winters in a row, 20 months apart.
Are you a liberal arts guy?

There was a winter between that one and this one. It was from December 2021 to March 2022 if you want to check a calendar.

I don't know what he is, but you're no climatologist.
Two weeks of temps 20 degrees below normal don't make up for 50 weeks of temps 5 degrees above normal.
Just sayin...

Two years of data points indicates we are headed into a decade of freezing weather, accurately foretold by sun spot activity.
I monitor Space Weather for Solar induced ionospheric scintillation effects on GPS and SatCom systems, primarily but not exclusively in the earth's geomagnetic equatorial regions. CME's are my main concern.
What you've stated is an unproven theory, but I'd enjoy seeing the data that supports your conclusion.
