If I were in a resort hotel with my family, I’d go into the community and pay a family 5K to let us stay with them until things cool down.

This is an extremely big deal. Taking out the New Generation's top dog is a severe miscalculation.
Unfortunately, I believe this move by the Mexican government will have very dire consequences for the people of Mexico for a long, long time.
I would not travel to Mexico at this time.

That’s why I started out my posting saying “we’ll never do it”
But it’s time we’re honest with ourselves. There is no fixing Mexico. As others have said, take down one cartel and more just rise up to take their place. So, what should we do? Do nothing and continue to tolerate ever-growing terrorist organizations operating on our southern border while they flooding our country with crime and drugs that destroys communities and kills hundreds of thousands of Americans annually?
