It’s weird they just beat them up and left. Like a cartel summer camp panty raid. Lucky for the gay guys they didn’t go ISIS on them and start shooting.

I used to go to Mexico all the time. I was going on a fishing trip few years back and ask a buddy if mine who is an immigration attorney and he was essentially are you nuts, Mexico isn’t safe at all. He went on to tell me people are abducted from cancun area all the time, the actual number of missing Americans in Mexico etc. The guy who was devil worshiper drug dealer and taking people and torturing and murdering them by 100s , etc etc. He finished about a story about a guy that did a high dollar seminar for wealthy mexicans to teach anti kidnapping techniques etc right across border and how the cartel kidnapped him before the big seminar to show it was bs.
What’s relevant here, is he said that cartels don’t openly attack tourist etc because it would be a death spiral, but if one is starting to go down or desperate all bets are off and they may raid ritz carlton in cancun i. middle of the day.
