The affidavit said the friends were unaware that the recordings existed in the bedroom and bathroom “and indicated they did not consent to being recorded or photographed.”

Is this illegal?
I'd assume people knew that he has cameras up, so there would be no expectation of privacy, even in bathrooms. Does he have to put up on sign or have people sign waivers? Did he post the videos somewhere for public view?
