You seem weirdly obsessed over some dude that's just a bit annoyed he has to verify with the state to jerk off..... OP: your best bet is probably to just invest in a cheap VPN(look for deals, they always have them, or use Opera, think their's should work), set location to anywhere other than the hellhole that is Louisiana, and go on with life as usual.

You may be correct, but at the least I’m not, say, actively helping a man to masturbate.

So you have to put in your DL number?

Seems like major privacy concerns IMO. I’m staunchly against this.

I bet all of you clowns who think this law is ridiculous and a government overreach 100% support laws that ban smoking in restaurants and bars.

I’m not seeing the connection. Second hand smoke is a thing, I don’t believe second hand pornography is?

use opera gx browser and turn on the free VPN (under settings)

only works for android and computers. For IOS you need to use a 3rd party VPN then just browse on safari/chrome like normal

The vibes your posts give off are of someone that has some weird redirected Catholic guilt and maybe even helped quite a few men masturbate IRL....

It's a VPN suggestion, not jerk off instructions

Lets turn this around on you, why not every time you go to buy tobacco, alcohol, or your wife's endless sex toys cause you can't satisfy her etc. The clerk should have to take your photo ID, make a copy of it, send it off with a copy of the receipt of sale and the timestamp of your purchase, along with a marker of activity you engaged in within the establishment. That will be put in a warehouse with a file on all your activity. Managed by some politician's dumb son's questionable warehouse company, located in a shitty part of town where theft is rampant.

wouldn't care

Did LA really only apply this law to Pornhub? Like there's not a dozen other sites just like it?

No. It applies to all porn sites. Basically it makes all porn sites liable if they do not take concrete steps to prevent underage kids from accessing pornography on their website. Porn Hub put this age verification via driver’s license to give them lability coverage from this law.

This has got to be one of the most stupid arguments I’ve seen on this issue.

Says the Boomer retard that thinks the Bulgarian smut purveyor with servers in Russia somehow gives two fricks about some redneck judge, waving some podunk law, in bumfrick Louisiana threatening to sue them.

Not only is the law ineffectual, mostly unenforceable, your dumbass is so Patriot Act brain rotted you reflexively want to hand over any liberty and privacy the moment some political charlatan gives you the sense of moral righteousness, no matter how idiotic and completely counter effectual
