I can get by speaking German. I learned because I lived in Germany as a young lad.

I got Rosetta Stone for Italian and just started using the app on my phone trying to learn some before going to Italy this spring. Yesterday was my first day, so I don't know shite yet

85% French and 70-75% Arabic.
Learned Arabic living in Egypt. Learned French b/c that was the only class offered to me.
rarely use either unless I go to Egypt so it's very rusty. Side note, you really can win native people over by using just a few words of their language. They see you give a shite to at least try even if it sounds stupid

Define fluently. I traveled to Germany last summer, and I got around pretty well without using a ton of English. I took German at LSU.
