Is that a 2 seater or you add a rear seat?

Maybe because there are more 18 wheelers than motorcycles?

I’d probably kill myself on a bike. Thank goodness I have almost no desire to ride one.

That said, if I had to get one it would probably be this

Swapping seats on basically any motorcycle is really easy. Depending on how often you plan on carrying a passenger and how long of rides you plan on taking, it's not always worth it.

The price range you're looking at, you're not going to get a long distance cruiser for two unless you buy used.

That's a great looking bike and it will run like a scalded dog, but I can tell you from experience that leaning forward on to your handlebars gets old fast.

Yes I can ride a motorcycle. It’s extremely easy to learn and you would pick it up in no time

I had no clue that so many people considered knowing how to ride a motorcycle manly

Howdy fellow ex-MX’er

OP if you’ve never rode a bike before, try finding someone with a dirt bike or smaller cc street bike to get the hang of riding a little bit before you try hopping on a 600 lb Harley

Motorcycles have manual transmissions. Being able to operate any type of manual transmission is manly in today’s generation

Yes, and have been doing so for close to 50 years now, but it's not for everyone. Some folks have absolutely no business being on a bike.

Air cooled v-twin. Slow as hell. But yeah, it'd be murder on your body on anything other than a twisty back road.

I'm selling this right now.

It'd be the perfect beginner bike.

There's even a passenger seat with a grab bar that goes where the hump is if you want to carry someone.

I've been riding motorcycles since I was 7 with a couple of breaks thrown in there. Total, I have almost 20 years of riding regularly and 10 years of that was racing.
If you truly want to learn how to ride a bike, start out on dirt. Get a cheap trail bike and go ride some different trails. There's a fairly steep learning curve for a lot of people and you will wreck, but after a couple of times you'll start learning how to hang on to the bike when it gets loose and how to prepare for the unexpected.
Knowing what to do on a bike instinctively when things go wrong can easily be the difference between life and death on the road.
I'm a big advocate of spending time off road to learn the fundamentals of bike control and getting comfortable before getting on the road if thats the kind of riding you want to do. I've seen too many people suffer the consequences of cars not paying attention and many of them could have been avoided had they known how to handle their bikes properly or even just learn how to fall.

Yep. First bike was a Suzuki SV650, followed by a GSXR750.

I really enjoyed riding, then a family member was in a horrific mountain biking accident in which he was paralyzed from the neck down. After seeing what that did to him and to the rest of the family I decided it was no longer worth it.

Sold the bikes in 2012 and haven't ridden since. Way too many people on the road who will kill you with their stupidity.

If you want a good bike, get you a Harley-Davidson V-Rod. The one in my sig pic is mine. Plenty of power, nimble, and comfortable to ride.
