From what I understand, based on a google search. It depends on the state you are in, but in the majority of states, it is illegal only if someone sees & reports you. In other words, if you don't live around people who can see your back yard from theirs.. You can get on a trampoline butt arse naked and bounce around until your heart desires.

In other places intent plays a factor. If your neighbor's kids are in the backyard and you are outside raking butt naked out in the middle of the yard where the kids can see you clear as day.. That can get you arrested.
