Depends on the state, but most places it is fine. That is, as long as you are doing normal activities. If you are screwing the ol' lady or diddling yourself, you are breaking the law.

I had an ex that bet me I wouldn't take my dogs out for their morning outing while naked. She lost. Hell, I put the shingles on my room barefoot and wearing only boxers. I love having a couple dozen acres in bfe.
