Can we spend that $300k for an ad campaign on not feeding the street bums?

This week I have seen more beggars in BR than ever. They are expanding to the nicer areas of BR.

Don't give the trash any money! They can either get a job or get on disability if they are missing limbs. There's enough of both to go around.

I offer to buy homeless folks food. If they turn it down, then they get nothing.

Someone with some engineering skills needs to create a penny shooter that has an automatic bum targeting function.

If you have beggars in your nice area, then they are, in fact, not a nice area,

i live near a neighborhood with $1M+ homes. I see beggars every single day.

my house isn't worth near that, unfortunately.

with that said, no area in BR proper is actually nice. BR is a cesspool.

I would be willing to bet the beggars are pulling in more money than most of the people who are giving them handouts.

Between welfare, food stamps, disability, handouts...

They playing people for suckers.

I do the same most of the time, they are pretty happy to get it, too. A while back, I gave a guy a two piece fried chicken box and he sat down immediately and started slamming it down like a hungry dog. I knew I had done the right thing for him!

This is not true. The only problem is that the nice areas are on islands surrounded by not so nice areas.

A news outlet might get slammed for being insensitive, but the community deserves an answer to why we seem so many organized groups of bums, where they go, whose their boss, what's his cut, etc.

A gold nugget covered in shite is covered in shite no matter how you frame it.

BR is a cesspool of humanity, all aspects of it IMHO.

First,

We need a meeting. And another meeting.

Next, a task force and transition team full of people who pretend to work for a living...we must hear them out as they will know what to do and how to do it. Troy Bell will lead this.

Then we pray.

Then we spend the 300 plus incorporate a 2 cent excise tax on premium gasoline.

Then we meet again.

How about we just spend that on a hobo removal task force?

In some countries it's illegal to give to beggars. It's like a $400 fine in Uganda.

You’re still part of the problem.

I usually stare them down and don’t say anything to them.

Uganda is famous for lack of beggars. Of course that's just because no one has shite to give away.
