Me too Bella. I am torn though. I generally would not want to be a part of a group that would have someone like me as a member. I also would feel obligated to participate on a regular basis if I started. Time constraints negate that possibility.

Very true
What he did was illegal and highly unethical by posting those specifics on here
He does deserve worse

Was Geaux judge a scumbag? Yes.
Did he post racist and mysogonist content on this website? Yes.
Did he abuse his powers? Apparently yes.
But should we all sit here in judgment of a man whose shoes we haven't walked in? Absolutely yes.

Stupid little cleft lip thing going on like a kid from JuareZ sealed deal for me. I can’t trust people with that kind of deformity.

I email periodically with his daughter...let’s just say he isn’t doing well. I feel bad for his family. This time of year is always difficult for them.

Anybody who has the power over freedom vs incarceration and abuses it deserves no quarter and no leniency. You have a sacred task to perform and corrupting that is about the lowest thing you can do.

I remember the first time Geaux Judge asked the poli board if they wanted to guess how Charlize Theron was going to prevent her new son from jumping on the bed.................

Nothing worse than a crooked judge. I don't care about the demeaning things he said, I really don't. But when you put those robes on, you better have your head on straight. Think about all the cases that should be reviewed and re-tried now. 10 years is getting off easy IMO.

he guys post history on here was alarming to say the least. He would post about cases he had coming up in his court and would joke about how he would throw the book at them for whatever reason. The guy would post on lunch breaks about active cases and how he was going to judge a case before even hearing the case. He posted numerous times about his disrespect for women and that the most they would amount to would be whores in the kitchen. This guy had one of the most powerful jobs in the world and he ruined peoples lives for what seemed to be fun.
I really thought he was FOS. Maybe a law clerk or some shite with enough info to seem legit.

My understanding of what happened was that he agreed to plead guilty because he thought that he would get a favorable sentencing, and then the judge over his trial hammered him because if anyone hates an unethical judge then it's another judge because of the shade that dirty judges cast on the whole profession. He probably shouldn't have just put in the guilty plea if he was just going to get hammered in sentencing anyway, so I can see where he's coming from in thinking he got screwed. But it's hard for me to feel too bad for him.

I wish more cops thought that way instead of denying and defending when a blue goes bad.
