Water and food to last the journey
Remote island with farmable land and tropical climate (lots of rain to collect)
Lots of women
Livestock
Lots of seeds
You could go somewhere that had people already and just wait on the ship near the shore until the zombies starve or you devise a plan to rid the island of them. If it had people already, a prison might be there and be a good camp to call home base.

Got a house with a bunch of land in the middle of nowhere. Wild game a plenty, fields to grow crops. A well with clean water right out back, and enough weapons and ammo to hold me off for a good while
