How could you? One of your big stops was literally Perkins Rowe but bigger and nicer.

Hey,don't blame me. Austin's finest recommended it.

Anyway, I'm done arguing. And based on my OP, the majority agree.

Perhaps that statement was a little overboard... but I'd definitely pick New Orleans over Austin, and I'd much rather live in Louisiana than Texas.

Well Austin in the last 15 years has become a patch of California in Texas

If someone doesn’t like the heat, traffic, influx of a-holes from CA ( I hate this), homeless, liberals, etc. That’s fine. Those are legitimate reasons. However, to say they don’t like it because the people here are weirdos, which translates roughly into people different from them and who don’t share their narrow view of the world, is just plain ridiculous.

So disliking people from California or liberals is cool but saying people are weird is where you draw the line?

What's so funny? Can't argue with facts. When's the last time Austin or anything associated with it won anything? Oh yeah, 2005.

Also, to be fair, the domain rec was probably for Rock Rose. It’s pretty cool for some folks.

The fact that you're too stupid to even recognize Pitt had to completely change itself after it's cash cow collapse. To BECOME an Austin. To transform into something it had never been with people outside of it's own origin.

Dude it was the #1 city when I lived there in 89

It’s NOTHING like Austin, thankfully
