How?

You don't see how you might occasionally lose track as to how many cups of water you've had?

Surely you're joking.

So you're stupid then?
Ouch.

Or, hang with me for a second, you get busy during the day or something comes up and you forget if you're on your 4th, 5th or 6th cup.

Lose track? Do you people really think you need to keep track of exactly how much water you drink? Just sip water all day.

No. But it's a goal of mine to drink a gallon of water every day. A jug of water helps keep track.

the hottest chick in my gym (no pics, but she is Latino) is the only person I see carrying a gallon on the regular.

I dont mind her doing it.

Serious question, why do you need to monitor water intake? Like, can you drink too much? I realize there are rare cases where people die from overdosing on water but for the average joe at the gym, who cares? I understand wanting to make sure you have ENOUGH water throughout the day, sure. But why not just have a regular water bottle and just drink the shite out of it all day and not count every ounce?

Should be a question posed to all those bothered by people carrying around jugs of water.

Dudes are posers. I carry one of these because I'm always the hardest mother fricker in the gym.

It's easy. They're fricking douches. Follow them out to their lifted trucks after and you'll see them put on white sunglasses and flat bill hats.

Hey man. Not everything on the OT has to turn into a Lafayette hate thread ok?!

I keep a gallon jug in my truck in case I have to pee and there's no where to stop.

Just a guess, but maybe it's because they are mixing supplements or minerals or drugs into the water and they want a precise formula and they just want to measure it once and be done with it.

what supplements call for it to be mixed with 128 ounces of water?
