It's reverse racism. That's all.
What’s funny is when we were kids we were told the watermark for society was to become color blind, but these days it seems as if that’s the furthest thing from what we all aspire to be. Society does nothing BUT divide based on race. It’s so fixated on it that for some people, their name might as well be black man, or white man instead of having a unique name to themselves with a unique puropose other than to self identify as a race.
It’s pretty shallow and racist if you ask me, but then that would explain this world’s current condition, wouldn’t it? FUBAR

People employed by Crayola.

The only "systemic racism" that exists in this country today is the continued existence of racial quotas and affirmative action policies.

That’s because if it was based solely on merit a bunch of these incompetent motherfrickers wouldn’t have jobs or positions of power in society.
And they know it.

Color one spot with all the crayons in the box, and see what color you end up with.

Why are so many people on this board obsessed with race?

It’s ok when “they” say certain words. Didn’t you get the memo???
See rap music for reference

Because it is drilled into every person’s head 24 hours a day by a society called America that is completely consumed with everything race related. This thread simply underscores that by showing how everything is driven by skin color. I and others happen to live on this planet, and are not immune to that.

People of color = Crayola employees

black is an absence of color
The color black absorbs all other colors. Meaning it steals them. Interesting coincidence.
