Yes - one time at Disney world some guy came up to me and asked me about my accent - he had on a plaid button down shirt, tight black undershirt, gold chain and gelled hair
He said I sounded like I was from New Jersey but I didn’t look like it - I said I was from NOLA and I could tell he was either NJ or Chalmette

I impress my wife and peeps all the time by being able to guess what country people are from just based on looks, name and accent.
I’ve watched international soccer my entire life which I attribute it to more so than travel. Had a Nigerian nurse talk to my wife and I the other day and I asked her if that’s where she was from. She acted giddy I knew that but I would’ve guessed it before she even walked into the room based off her name alone.

You can always tell when a plane is going to Baton Rouge by all of the LSU shirts. You can tell when a plane has come from Miami with all of the sunburns and people wearing shirts from their resorts.
