Without doing a word for word translation, which would be difficult, repetitive, and likely a "hate crime" - he is apparently the proprietor (or at the very least, pitch man) for an establishment called "Mo's Customs" or "Moe's Customs" or "Meaux's Customs" (you get the drift).

Apparently, it will not be inexpensive, and he does not consider that a downside. This is an elite business for elite customers. He has experienced difficulties in his life, but he did not elaborate on that.

He was having some difficulty with the time required to film the ad. (Strange, as most ads are 30 seconds or 1 minute, and this ran, somehow, approximately 2 minutes. Maybe he was being literal - and he did not have "time" for this - meaning, the ad was just running too long.)

However, it was also implied he was running out of time, due to his attraction to light skinned African American females. He is also keenly interested in making money.
