Water snake,- crawfish snake I think. Non poisonous.

That is a Nope snake, native to the Nope Forest, about three nopes north of Nopesville.

I checked with Tulsa Police and they said it appears to be one bad dude. Good thing you killed it.

Next time I'll be sure to call government funded snake relocation services. Nobody I know has time or energy to drive our the country moving snakes around.

I don't know much about snakes, but from my quick research (just now) I doubt it. Pretty much all kingsnakes are either spotted or have horizontal patterns.
