Wonder if this would ever be a problem in the south?

Liberals? Homeless people? Earthquakes? Hollywood pedophiles?

Nope. Cattle

Edit: Pitbull gangs killing cattle! This story is worthy of the OT

They got something Louisiana folks are very familiar with too.

quote:

It's been about a month since California wildlife officials started sounding the alarm on nutria, invasive South American rodents that look like enormous, 20-pound rats and have the power to devastate wetlands. They're making a comeback after being eradicated in the 1970s and have been spotted in Stanislaus, Fresno, Tuolumne and Merced counties so far.

Every other state would use common sense and a rifle, but it's California and both if those things are banned.

A gun

Wow, that’s insensitive. They’re just looking for a better life.

Between the cattle and the nutria you would think they could have the feeding the homeless problem licked.

Looks like the OT's favorite breed is doing work as well:

quote:

A pack of pit bulls has been killing and eating wild cattle in this nature sanctuary framed by mountains and watered year-round by a river roiling through overlapping biological zones including sandy desert, boulder fields, grasslands and forests.

Exactly, I would pay money to be able to go up there and make a weekend of it.

One cow alone would last me a whole year.

They should just tip them over.

I’m sure someone on TD.com has experience in cow tipping.

That's great.

There's too much nature in this place.

I was making a joke. Do you think they legally banned common sense too?
