They let the homeless roam free. This is a double standard.

I live in the Bay area which had a stay at home order days ago, and many businesses are still operating semi-normally.

Businesses with large storefronts are closed but in the industrial/business parks there is still a lot of action going on.

I’m sorry but I’ve commited no crime, I’m not in jail. I’ll leave my damned house if I want to. Virus be damned we shouldn’t tolerate this overreach of the government like this.

For how long? Not everyone keeps a 7-14 day food supply on hand.

This is going to be one of these "unless you have to get out" type of orders and a shite load of people will have to get out.

This is going down in LA out your way.

"This will be a moment when everything changed." Mayor Garcetti said. "The data is crystal clear. We're at a point where the rate of increase based on the tests that we're getting back ... is the same rate that we see at a place like Italy." Garcetti wants to act now to save lives and flatten the curve.

That's exactly what it is. Essential businesses will still be operating and people can still go out for essentials.

Im pretty sure this is no different than the Shelter in Place order thats been in place in the Bay for days.

Is this gonna be like the SF Shelter in Place in which people can pretty much move around freely and every business that people need (food, drugs, etc) is open for business?

I’m ready to turn in my guns and let cops surveil my residence directly to ensure compliance. Anything to #flattenthecurve
