Baw any reasonable person has already been part of the Cali max exodus. They’re absolutely fricked. I hope they pay out the reparations with anyone whose left pensions.

No where is going to be absolutely crime free. I’ve been to Japan a few times trust me you’d much rather live there currently than most of the US.

Stopping the shoplifter is controversial. But shoplifting isn’t?

Umh, ok.

States with the Lowest Literacy Rates
1. California
California's 23.1% of adults lacking basic prose literacy skills make California have the lowest literacy rate of 76.9%. The state of California and the state Department of Education are being blamed and sued for the failing literacy rate, as families and students believe that they are not receiving a quality education in reading and writing.

There is no way that we have a higher literacy rate than that in Louisiana.

Statistically, yeah.

But Japan has had an uptick in crime, specifically larceny and gang activity as of late. The western notion of lawlessness is spreading.

This is already happening but there will be a mass exodus from California, CA expats will vote for the exact same policies and we get California on a national scale. What a grim future

what if you are hired as security?
If I was the store owner, I'd 1099 all security and loss prevention. They're not employees...they're independent contractors

Though I'm sure there's language in the bill that prevents this as well

So why make an unnecessary law to stop it?

To prevent crime from being reported. It helps the leftist narrative tremendously if black crime stats are suppressed.

Democrats know these people won't change their voting habits, so they run them off with shitty economic policies and hope they move to red states to turn them purple.

LA is much higher.

Cal is a demographic time bomb. Its full of illiterate, non functional people who are outbreeding the successful.

Companies are already telling employees not to do this.

To confront?

You can't accost or follow but most allow you to call them out.

This law is based on social justice, not finances.

I think the most people who were just somewhat sympathetic to the progs without being totally mind swapped that left will think twice. Georgia unfortunately is probably fricked because we are becoming rapidly a major Hollywood hub and they absolutely will not change.

They want to move to an amazon style future for all businesses, with no in person purchases. This is intended to help that come about.

Crush small business, establish a technocracy with large corporations.

Its our future version of socialism.

They want to use access to capital to control corporations, and they want to use social credit scores to control an individual's purchasing power.

The current progressive movement is to force businesses and individuals into collectives because collectives are easier to control than individuals.

Government and corporation have become one.

california legislators are Morons.

By allowing the public to basically remove the contents of a retail store without purchase the state is forfeiting millions in Sales Tax Revenue.
Also what is the motivation of doing retail business in that state? They should all close and move out of california. (I purposely do not capitalize the name of that state because I believe it no longer deserves that respect from anyone any longer.)
