Probably don’t want them performing rescue operations until the weather clears. When the rescuers need rescue than that becomes a serious issue

They only want images of gov't officials helping poor minority types. Not Trumpkins.

Getting some additional information from LA Cajun Navy Admiral Clyde Cain. He told me emergency officials in New Bern, NC told him they had enough first responders to handle rescue calls there. LCN now moving on to Wilmington, NC.

There is also a United Cajun Navy, part of Family First Recovery Group, claims to be formed after Katrina

quote:

From what I am told, Clyde Cain has raised over $100,000 and has a new truck, expensive new boots, new sunglasses and has been eating in fancy restaurants

I can’t remember if it was Cain or Bridges but one went above & beyond helping an old lady after the flood & the other claimed he was going to get a bunch of stuff done & never showed back up
Pretty sure it was Bridges that helped her out

Honestly, if the Cajun Navy didn't have to make such a show of things they could probably do these rescues without any interference.

If it wasn’t for all the threads about them here, and people saying shite like this, I’d never know they were there.

There are rescue people there and ready to work..I know the Louisiana boys want to help but what makes them think that what they do is exclusive? If local authorities want them to stay clear for the locals to do their jobs they should back off.

That a not how you get donation money.

This reeks of small minded jealous butthurt. I don't know any of the party's involved but does the cajun navy do good work or not?

When they're not stealing donations or defrauding victims, yes.

POTUS is familiar.

If people think the attention whoring from some of the leaders was already bad, it's about to reach a whole new level.

RIP Rabbs either way. Saw some great shows. Dwight Yoakum was probably the best but I saw Willie there, Robert Earl Keen a couple of times, Cross Canadian Ragweed etc.

I saw Gary Allan there. Great show.
